Hong Shi Young, better known by his stage name Giriboy, is a South Korean rapper, songwriter, record producer, and actor. He graduated from Changdong High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Applied Music from the International University of Arts.

He made his official debut in 2011 with the single "You Look So Good to Me" after signing with Just Music, a label founded by fellow rapper Swings. In 2014, he was a contestant in the "Show Me The Money 3" and one of his songs ("Fluttering Feelings") entered the Gaon Digital Chart for the first time in his career. In 2015 he appeared in "No Mercy" collaborating with the contestants who would later become Monsta X.

In 2018 he became co-CEO of WEDAPLUGG Records alongside Swings. He made his acting debut in the TVING short film "A Glimpse at Lee Hyo Ri". He has also been a successful producer/mentor as one of his mentees in "Show Me The Money" has won consecutively in seasons 7-9. He also won the "Producer of the Year" Award at the Korean Hip-Hop Awards in 2019 and 2020.
